Sketchnote|Explanation

This week for writing Ellenora and I created a sketchnote about explanation writing, to show our understandings. First we wrote the information we already knew about explanation writing on a piece of paper. After that we did speed dating to share our ideas. It wasn't exactly speed dating. With our partners there were two lines. We had to share our information about explanation writing to different partners. We only had 1 minute to talk to each partner. After one minute we moved onto the next partner. The next day we created a digital sketchnote to show our understanding about explanation writing. When writing a explanation it is important to have TIIC, which stands for title, introduction, information and conclusion.

Today Marieta, Alex, Joel and I worked together to create a sketchnote on what a team is, our definition of a team is a group of people who work together to achieve a common purpose. In teams all members must respect one another, make sure everyone is included and respect all opinions. Three things that people need to do in teams are: Communicate, collaborate and participate.

For reading this week we had to to choose 1 activity and had to do it. I chose to do the sketchnote. For the sketchnote we had to show our own understandings of the women votes, and the meanings.The meanings we had to write down was suffrage, vote, change and radical. I had to make a copy of the google draw to do the activity. There was shapes and arrows all around the google draw. I deleted some of the shapes and arrows because I didn't need it. I didn't know how to do a sketchnote so I searched it up and told me how to make a sketchnote. I had to look at the sketchnotes on images, videos and links. For the sketchnote you could work in partners, but I decided to do it alone. I learnt to make a sketchnote.
