Raz Kids

This book is about a troll who makes people into furniture. Trog the troll got Alia's dad, her mum and her 2 twin brother. Alia was under a table hiding. The troll let go of Alia's family and went to break furniture. Alia, her family and friends ran outside. A security guard put Alia in front of the exit so that she could be safe. A raven was flapping against the glass door.Alia took the raven outside so that the raven wasn't stuck inside. Alia sat down and there was a mouse on her shoe. The mouse told Alia if she had any food. Alia gave the mouse a granola bar. Alia stood up and went to a garage. The dog told Alia if she had any water. Alia gave the dog some water. The dog snuck Alia to the dock behind a store. There was a chef cooking fries for Trog the troll. Trog the troll turned the chef's family into furniture. The chef had to pour fries into the troll's mouth. Trog the troll saw Alia so he lifter her up. The troll roped Alia so that he could eat her. The chef got Alia out and the raven gave the keys to Alia so that she could squeeze the troll's black heart. The troll roared at Alia with tears. When his tears touched the furniture Alia's family came back. 

Raz Kids

This book is about Hoppers who can't go outside because their mother told them to not go outside.Their mother and father went out to do things. A Hopper named Snubby nose wanted to fly his kite. All the Hoppers looked at their kites and decided to go outside. Outside it was super windy. All the Hoppers ran outside with their kites. When they ran they got tired. When the Hoppers flew their kite Floppy Ears let go of her kite, a branch tore Speedy legs kite and Snubby nose's kite was stuck on a tree. When Snubby nose was running to try and get the kite off the tree Snubby nose told Grandpa Grizzly to get it off. Grandpa Grizzly climbed up the tree and got the kite to give it to Snubby nose. Snubby nose was flying with the kite because the wind was to windy. Then Snubby nose cam down with the kite. 

Raz Kids

This book is about a boy named Kevin who saw a group of boys teasing a small boy. The group of boys was throwing a baseball cap. They were teasing a boy named Joey who was deaf. When the boys was throwing the cap it flew into Kevin's hands. Kevin gave the cap back to Joey. Then Joey ran away. The group of boys was teasing Kevin now. Kevin didn't want to play basket ball with the group of boys anymore. Kevin ran so that the boys didn't tease him anymore. 

Raz kids

For raz kids I read Every Dog Has Its Day. This book is about a bull dog named Roscoe. Roscoe's owner chained him outside because the owner had to go work. One day 3 boys went passed Roscoe. One of the boys had a candy bar in his candy. Roscoe jumped to grab the candy bar, but he was chained a couldn't go any further. The boys laughed at Roscoe because he wanted to get the candy. The next day a boy grabbed a stick put it up high. Then Roscoe ran and tried getting the stick but he couldn't. The 3 boys laughed again. On the other days the boys didn't pass Roscoe anymore. Roscoe was sad wanted the boys to come. There was a rat who was watched Roscoe. The rat helped Roscoe. The rat went into his hole because the 3 boys were back. The boys grabbed sticks and started throwing it at Roscoe. Roscoe started running away then suddenly the chain broke and Roscoe was free. The boys tried to catch Roscoe but they were too slow.  

Raz Kids

This story is about a boy who goes to his grandmother's house who sees the ocean for the first time. The boy had to go on a train. Grandmother had to pick the boy up so that they could go home. The boy picked the bedroom he wanted . He pick the yellow bedroom because it had a window facing the ocean. The boy ran down stairs to go to the beach but then his grandmother said that he couldn't go to the beach by himself. Grandmother also said that the boy needed to learn rules about the beach. The boy and is grandmother went to the beach together. The boy could only walk along the beach between 2 rock jetties. Grandmother said to not go into the beach unless Jim or she was there. The next day the boy went to the beach and sat down on the sand. He saw brownish gray round things covered by the sand. When it was breakfast the boy told his grandmother what the gray round things were. His grandmother said that it was horseshoe crabs. When it was breakfast the boy and his grandmother went to the beach. His grandmother turned one of the horseshoes around. Grandmother gave the boy a job to do. He had to save as many horseshoe crabs as he could and turn and toss them back to the ocean. One morning all the horseshoe crabs were gone. 

Raz Kids

Today I did Raz Kids. The Empty Pot is about a boy named Chen. He lived in China with his mother and they lived in a house filled with beautiful flowers and other kind of plants. The emperor of China was a old man. He didn't have any child to make emperor. The emperor chose to give every child a flower seed. The emperor in 1 year you have to bring the flower seed back in the pot. Chen planted his seeds in a little clay pot and too care of it. Days were passing but the seed still didn't grow. Chen decided to move the flower seed into a bigger pot. He took care of the flower seed a lot but the seed still din't grow. 1 year passed and Chen had to bring the flower seed back to the emperor. Chen saw that the other children's seed grew and his didn't. The emperor walked slowly to see the seeds. The emperor came to Chen and said where is your grown seed. He said it wouldn't grow. The emperor found the next emperor. Chen and his mother went to the castle. When the emperor passed away Chen became the new emperor.

Raz Kids

Today I went on Raz Kids. This story is about where Anna's Grandma gave Anna her coat. The coat wasn't an ordinary coat it was a magical coat that could control the weather. Anna decided to wear the magical coat. The coat was really heavy for her. One day she went outside with the magical coat. Anna said Begone! because she wanted the rain and the clouds to go away. Anna undid the second button that was on the coat. When she undid the second button the breeze blew much stronger. Anna and her friends were playing hide and seek. The teacher saw Anna hiding behind the tree because of the coat. After they had to eat. Anna was so hot and her tummy started hurting a lot. Anna undid all of the buttons on the magical coat. Then the wind started to swirl around her feet and up into the sky. Everyone went inside the gym. Anna took the coat with her and hanged it up on the hook.

This book is about a girl named Taba. Her land was poor and people were struggling to put food on their tables. They also struggled by putting clothing on their backs. One day Taba was tending the goats on a high hill side above the village. Then suddenly the wind swirled around Taba. The wind then began to to her. The wind said I have come to fulfill your wishes. The wind saw how Taba helped people do things. Taba was a little frightened. The wind gave Taba 2 wishes. The first thing she wished for was crops to feed her people. The last thing she wished for was for warm rains to help the crops grow and to bring water to the villages. When the day ended Taba took the goats back to the village. When it was morning crops started to fall down the sky. Taba couldn't believe her eyes. Crops were growing everywhere. Then the wind came back and told Taba what about your wish that you want. Taba said you don't need to give me a wish. Taba then hugged the wind. 

Raz Kids- Leap Year Birthday

This book is about a boy called Leroy and he thinks he is a time traveler but he is not. He tells his frineds that he is 2 but he is actually 8. He thinks that he is 2 because his birthday is on Leap Year. No one remembered that Leroy's birthday was today. Leroy asked his mum if she had a time traveled book but she didn't, so Leroy's mum said if Leroy wanted to go to the library. He said yes. At the library Leroy asked the libarian Mrs. WillowBark if she has any time travel book. She did have time travel books but she tried something different. Mrs. WillowBark told Leroy's mum to be the sun and Leroy being the earth. Mrs. Willowbark told Leroy to spin around the sun. Mrs. Willowbark said everytime the earth goes around the sun 1 day passes. Once Leroy's mum and Leroy returned home his friends were waiting for Leroy streamers and party hats. His friends shouted happy birthday and they didn't forget. 

Raz Kids-Hugs for Daddy

For Raz Kids I read a book called Hugs for Daddy.This story is about a girl and a dad who does everything together.They don't do things everyday because the dad has to go work.Every night her dad reads her a story and gives a bedtime hug.One day when the girl woke up she saw her mum and her dad holding hands.The mum gives her a smile, but it goes away.The dad told the girl to come on his lap.He was talking about his job.The dad told the girl he will be going far away to save people.The mum said he will be gone for 1 year.The girl was crying, so the dad and mum hugs her really hard.The other day they were saying goodbye to dad.They hugged each other again.The other day the mum and girl made posters to dad.The dad sent stuff back to, but the girl was missing something.It was bedtime hugs with dad, but one day the mum told the girl to come lay down, so she can trace her body.They sent it to dad,so he could hug the girl.The dad sent a letter saying I hug you all the time at bedtime.
