Rugby Pitches

This week in maths, we answered math problems about the area and perimeter of rugby pitches. Nidhi, Eyaka and I were working together, to solve these questions. Most of the questions were easy, but some were sort of hard. After we answered the questions, we created a DLO about one of the questions and explained how we solved it.

Advertising | Team Jerseys

This week in writing to understand more about advertising, we created an advertising poster to sell a RWC (Rugby World Cup) item. For this task I worked with Joel, Miiana and Sandra. The item we decided to sell were the rugby world cup team jerseys. For this poster, we tried to include as much different and convincing sentences and language to persuade others to buy the team jerseys.

RWC Stadium Capacities

This week in maths we answered some math questions about the capacity of RWC (Rugby World Cup), since it was the international rugby world cup. In groups, we worked together to solve these question. I was with Mele and Marieta. After we solved these questions, we created a DLO of one of the questions and explained how to solve it. Some of the questions were harded, but we still tried to figure out the answer.
