Venn Diagram

LI: To find as many similarities and diffferences as you can between NZ in 1870 and NZ in 2020.

For another home learning activity, Haylee, Florence, Victoria, Taheesha and I worked collaboratively to complete this Venn Diagram about the 1870's and today. One of the similarities, is that they both had transportation to travel in. I have learnt a lot of new information about the 1870's like how they used whistles to tell people the express was coming.

Venn Diagram | Kupe & Captain James Cook

This week for reading, in our reading groups, we created a Venn diagram about Captain James Cook and Kupe. We used our knowledge about these explorers to write the similarities and differences. As a group, we worked together to create this Venn Diagram. A similarity between Kupe and Captain James Cook, was that, they both were navigators, who found New Zealand.
