Izanagi & Izanami Lessons

LI: To identify the purpose of narratives./LI:To identify the underlying morals/themes/explanations in myths, legends and fairytales. This week for reading we had to make a DLO about the lessons of a myth. First we chose a myth. We couldn't choose the myth we chose last week. The myths were Izanagi & Izanami from Japan, Mahishasura & Durga from India, Lac Long Quan from Vietnam and Cuchulainn from Ireland. The myth that I chose this time was Izanagi and Izanami from Japan. Once we chose our myth we did the reading notes. For the reading notes we needed to do reading strategies before reading, during reading and after reading. Once we did that we made a DLO teaching people the lessons of a myth. The DLO that I chose was a google slide. For the google slide I decided to include who Izanagi and Izanami is, Questions, a summary and the lessons.
