Summer Learning Journey|Protecting Our Own|A House is Not a Home

This week for activity 3, day 2 of week 4 of Summer Learning Journey, we had to read about projects, which was part of Fauna & Flora International. The projects were Lansan trees in Caribbean, fruit forests in Tajikistan and national reserves in Mozambique. We had to choose one that was most interesting to us and why. I decided to do the Lansan trees in Caribbean.

I chose Lansan tree in Caribbean, because the people working in the project help the Lansan trees. They have a new method for protecting these trees.

  2. Hi Sakina,
Great job on completing this activity! I liked how you chose the Lansan tree operation because people over there are working hard and have developed a new method for protecting the trees. I also liked how you explained the activity in detail. If you could, would you want to go and help save those trees?
