Week 3 | Day 4 | Activity 2: iMoko
This week for day 4, activity 2 of week 3 for SLJ, we wrote down 5 things we do to stay strong and healthy, as part of our well being. This was based on Dr Lance O'Sullivan who is a Maori doctor. He has helped patients and people around the local community with their well-being/health.

ReplyDeleteHello Sakina! This is a really nice poster and layout. Exercise in the morning sounds like a great way to start your day, or even just stretching. Great job on attributing your images and keeping up with the Summer Learning Journey. Well done!
ReplyDeleteHey Sakina,
ReplyDeleteThese are great ways to stay healthy. I love fruit salads too and fruit is so cheap too if you get it from a green grocers store. Exercise is a very important and doing a bit each day is a lot more effective than doing lots once a week.
What exercise to you do?, usually a decent walk or playing running around games outside is enough. I'm glad you included staying hydrated, making sure you get enough water into your body is really important but did you know that the whole 6 - 7 litres a day thinking is a myth, lots of fruit and veg are actually mostly water and if you make sure to drink when your thirsty you'll be fine. Drinking too much just leads to extra trips to the bathroom.
Great post Sakina. See you in the comments.
Daniel :)
