Boxing
LI: To learn boxing combinations. This week we had boxing in class with Pax. This was the last boxing session. First we got into partners. My partner was Alayah. In our partners we decided who was partner one and who was partner two. Alayah was partner two and I was partner one. Partner one had to put on the boxing gear and partner two had to get two pool noodles. After that we moved onto our first combination. The combination was jab, cross, guard, right uppercut, left hook. Partner two had to hold the pool noodles, so that partner one could box. The second combination was jab, jab, cross, bridge, lefthook. Partner two did the same thing. The last combination was jab, cross, lefthook, roll lefthook. After that, we swapped over. We did the same combinations, but before doing the combinations, we did a warm up. Partner two had to do ten punches and a burpee. After that we moved onto the combinations. Once partner two had a turn, we put the gear away. We revised the combinations from last week and this week. I had a lot of fun boxing.

ReplyDeleteHi Sakina I like how you are talking about what you did in kiwi sport and I like the way how you are talking about you feeling in you blog post.
1 Question. Witch combos do like the most.
