Maori
This week for Maori we were learning about the waka migrations. First Whae Odie read us a book caleld In The Beginning. It was the Maori story version. After that we watched a video called Maori Creation Story in Sand Art. The video didn't have any talking in it, it just had someone doing the sand art. Once we watched the video we learnt a song called Happy Rotorua. The song was about the war. Once we learnt the song we learnt about when Kahe and his wife went to a island. They ate fish, they drank and ate coconuts and they drank water from the river. After that we had to search up the rohe trible areas of NZ. The map that I used was the TKM Map | Te Kahui Mangai.
