Show & Tell Descriptive Writing
LI: To write a descriptive scene. This week for writing we had write a story from a photo. We had to write a story that was descriptive. First we did a example with Mr. Wong. Then we had to make a copy of the show and tell: descriptive writing. Then we had to use a image where there was a daughter and father at a beach to write our descriptive writing. We needed to put the photo in the centre of the google draw. After that we had to write a short story of what the father and daughter is doing. We had to write a telling story and a showing story. The showing story had to be descriptive. For the showing story we had to use figurative language, phrases, interesting words and the senses to describe what happened at the photo.
