  1. Good morning Sakina,

Great fact hunting! Australia is definitely a huge country, so there will be a lot to see on your trip there. Although Australia is a part of Australasia continent with lots of other countries (New Zealand being one of them), many people often think that Australia is a continent all on it's own! I think I've lost track of the amount of times my friends and I have been mistaken for Australians when travelling overseas.

Although Australia is an enormous country, a lot of the land is actually uninhabited because it would be impossible to live there! Much of Australia is a massive desert, with all of the major cities being near the coast.

Which cities do you think you would want to visit most? I've only ever been to Brisbane, and I've heard amazing things about Melbourne so I reckon I'd start there!

It's good to see you have been keeping busy with your blogging over the holidays Sakina. I hope you have been enjoying yourself :-)

    Ka kite ano,

    Dan.
