Ballet With Chloe | Black Swan, White Swan

This week we did a very fun ballet session with a dance educator, Chloe from the Royal New Zealand Ballet. Chloe taught us the Black Swan, White Swan dance, which was the show happening at the Royal New Zealand Ballet. Black Swan, White Swan was established on a famous ballet dance called the Swan Lake. First we did ballet warm ups to get us ready for the ballet dance. Chloe taught us the ballet dance step by step, so we could improve on each ballet dance move. There was classical music by Tchaikovsky, for the Black Swan, White Swan dance. Chloe gave us a tip which was, if we wanted the ballet move to be the best, then we committed to the dance moves even though it looks hard. After we did the awesome ballet dance, ballet point shoes were passed around. I couldn't believe that I got the chance to feel the point shoes. A big thanks to Chloe for coming from all the way from Wellington to Auckland to teach us the ballet dance, Black Swan White Swan. Also another big thanks to Mrs. Jones for organizing our session with Chloe. I think that I really enjoyed ballet dancing to Black Swan, White Swan because I never knew I could do ballet dance moves and it was a experience learning from Chloe.
