Depression Riots 1932, A lot of people were unemployed and struggling. That's what made people think that the government wasn’t providing them with enough help and that's what started the protest. This week in reading, we read a book called "Protests in New Zealand". While reading the book, we did reciprocal reading as a group. To understand more about the protests, we created a summary of it as a group, using the vocabulary we wrote while doing reciprocal reading.
