Kiwi Sport
For kiwi sport today we were working on jumping. The first game we played was leap frog. Andy chose 5 people to be the taggers. The other people had to be in the line and had to run around the netball court. The taggers had to try to tag the other people. If you got tagged you had to be like a small frog. The other people had to try and jump over you so that you can run again. The next thing we did was to jump. To make a good jump you have to have your arms ready to swing, legs open and shoulders and legs straight. Once you jump you have to pretend your sitting on a motorbike. You have to pretend your sitting on a motorbike so that you are balancing. The other game we played was called relay. We had to get into 14 groups. After the front person had to jump as far as you can. The next person had to stand beside the person who already jumped. Then the person who was standing had to make a jump. We carried on until the last person jumped. Andy had to check which group won. The last game we played was rock paper scissors. Andy put us into 2 groups. There was big spots around the net ball court. The first person in each group had to stand on one of the dots. After they had to jump forward to the dots. Then the 2 people had to do rock paper scissors. The person who lost had to go to the back of the line. The person who won had to carry on.
