How did the balloon inflate?
Title:How did the balloon inflate
To do this experiment we needed:
- Vinegar
- Baking soda
- A paper funnel
- A bottle
- A balloon
- A spoon
How we did the experiment
First we put vinegar into the bottle.
Next we used a paper funnel to put baking soda inside the balloon.
Then we attached the balloon on to the mouth of the bottle.
After that we squished the baking soda out of the balloon and into the bottle. The baking soda and vinegar mixed together and there was a chemical reaction. When the baking soda and vinegar mixed it made a gas called carbon dioxide. This gas then inflated the balloon.

Creative thinking:If I had an extra eye
If I had an extra eye on the back of my head I will be able to:
- See if robbers steal something from behind
- See if anyones going to push me
- See if my mum and dad goes somewhere without telling me quietly
- See if someone crashes in to my mum’s car from the back
